97 searay 175 (18ft) speed & RPM questions

I just purchased a 97 searay 175 with a mercruiser 3.0 135HP. I don't know much about props but its got a 3 blade prop and it says 19P on it.

What should top speed be approx on a boat this size (I don't know weight of boat).

Also what should be a good cruising RPM be. I don't want to push the engine too hard for no reason.

With two people on board, you should top out at about 38 to 40 mph. A good cruising speed is around 25 mph for good fuel exonomy and engine life.
