95 370 DB Salon AC Removal

Afternoon Capt’s. My Salon AC has died horrible death and the new unit is on the way, has anyone got any tips are expert advice on exactly what I need to remove to be able to lift old out and put new in. It’s behind wooden couch Frame and under the upper couch head rest framework. I’ll add some pics to the post

Looks to me like the seat back is going to have to be removed.

Ty Yes thats looking to maybe be easiest route, as the black wooden framework is bolted down and runs to fiberglass forward side of the couch base, Not quite sure how top part comes off yet im sitting here kind just staring at it
