93 400 Express VacuFlush Duckbill Location

Hello,

I am trying to locate/access the vacuflush duckbills on my 400 express. I can hear the pump to the left of the port engine. I fear they may be in that area? Not sure how to access that area without removing the cockpit lounge/sink ice maker etc?

Any advice will be appreciated.

You are correct on the location.
Remove the seats over the cockpit hatch to gain real access from above.
Dont try to crawl in front of the port engine....you wont have any room to work and will likely get stuck! (Dont ask how I know this).
Moving the seats is not as big a job as you think and you have room to slide the seating unit to the other side of the rear deck.
Dont try to remove the seats from the boat without a fork lift!

The pump will need 4 new duck bills.
But, while at it...clean / change everything possible to ensure a trouble free head system.
