Quick and simple...
After seeing how ugly my 9.9 prop looked last weekend on our Whidbey Island weekend trip, I decided to glass bead and then paint it... If it does not last, I'll probably go with powder coating...
Glass Beaded... and after filing rough edges from manufacturer...
After two coats of gray primer, sanding... then several coats of black and more sanding between coats...ending with two clear coats...
