First off, I am sea ray all the way and my primary vessel is a sea ray.
I am looking at a 87 cc 412 amerisport with 454 crusaders to use as a live aboard in Florida during the winter months.
Any and all feedback greatly appreciated, especially problems to look for?

I am a CC guy. I would avoid that boat, unless you're only going to live on it and it's furnishings and fixtures are up to date. Cheaply made and several models where prone to all sorts of structural problems. A good survey would be a must if you plan on leaving the dock.
