Wow, that looks beautiful!

 love the floor and other wood work.

Flexiteak looks awesome on the deck too!

But if my wife sees this and wants to redo ours I'm going to be :smt013

Both the interior floor and the cockpit are Nuteak products. The interior floor came finished like that - I'm not even sure what the finish is. Now I just have to refinish/repair all the exterior wood and touch up the interior - how hard could that be?!

Wow!! That looks phenominal!! Better than a new boat!! Thanks for sharing and all the great photo's. Very impressive!
Todd

Great work. Really updates the look.

I have the exterior NuTeak product (installed last year) in the cockpit. How's the feel of the interior product? Is it a harder and perhaps slippery product or does it have some grip and give?

Paul

The interior flooring is much harder than the cockpit flooring. It's not the same product at all. The interior floor is basically the same as flooring you would buy for your home. Apparently, I'll never have to refinish the interior floor - simply wash and go.

I had decided to have carpet made for my back deck but seeing yours may have changed my mind. I am going to contact the Nuteak rep in Seattle and see what they can do for me.

Thanks again for the great pictures

WOW,the V berth looks awesome!!!My weekender has the same V berth.what did you make the wood panels from on the front and sides.really changes the whole boat without the fabric panels.looks era correct but modern.must say job well done.

The wood panel at the head of the v-berth is varnished teak plywood. The other wood on the sides of the v-berth is solid teak, varnished. I found a 14' long 2x6 solid teak board at a marine consignment store for a REALLY good price and then I milled it into the sizes I needed. I even had enough left over for quite a bit of trim (1/4 round etc.). The wood for the valance in the salon is oak stained to look like teak then varnished.

Looks Good.
Very nicely done.
