84-87 390 sedan sportfish owners check in!!

I am selling mine in the classified section if you know of anyone looking for a 390 Sportfisherman. I have the 3208T's with 320hp each in the boat.....just throwing it out here...plus I wanted to know if any of you all have an idea of a price that is reasonable. The motors have about 1830 hours on each and run great....not a smoke bomb either...

Checking all of them for sale on Yatchworld.com would be a good place to start. I think most in decent shape are 25-50K. Your diesels will get you towards the higher end.

Thanks...I have been looking at all of the sites to get an idea....hence the starting point price. I just didn't know if Sea ray enthusiasts knew a little more of pricing based on experience....

Did you sell your Sea Ray?

Yes. I sold it a while back. Where did you buy yours at? Real curious if it the one I sold. Sounds about the same condition..

I just bought a '83 390 Sportfish and the starboard rudder shaft is worn. Does anyone happen to know what the castings numbers for this are or where to get one?

Do you think it's worn because it's leaking? Maybe you just need to replace the packing.

I’m looking at selling my 84 always fresh water boat. Could use a little help on starting price.

Yes pretty sure this one might be the one you sold to Corey in St Pete.

Beautiful boat, but what the hell is that guy doing so close to you in the second pic?
Please tell me that is an optical illusion.
That is actually me on my other charter boat. I was about 7 feet off the starboard side running for that pic.

Does anyone have a source for the hatch seals on this boat. They are all leaking and want to get them taken care of.

Yes that is my old boat. I can tell by the 5 upside down toilet flanges installed on the front to hold the homemade dinghy slip. You know after I sold it I had sellers remorse.....I just didn't use it as much as it should be used. Plus it was a little too big for just my wife and me for weekend runs. Its funny I now have a 28 Bertram Sportfish I am almost finished rebuilding and I think it might be too small.....Guess I just need to find me a 34 to 36 footer and that should fit the bill...
So what do you use the boats for? fishing or dive charters?
