78 sea ray 240 da Speed WOT What Prop?

my sea ray WOT does 18 mph (15.5 knots and i was wondering what pitch prob to get to help out. Havent pulled boat out of water to inspect but i think the prop isnt right or wore out.

351 to omc 800 outdrive. any recommendations on prop and pitch that can help me get some more speed? thANKS

Your boat with a 260 hp engine has a few props listed 15x16, 15x17, cruiser runabout 19' to 26' or 14.5x19 run about, or 15.5 x 16 heavy cruiser. These are taken out of the prop chart for an 86, 5.7 cobra with 260 hp. You want to turn between 4200 and 4600 rpm at wot.
