What did this come out of? I have a 1990 390 express with a seized generator, checking to see if this is a direct replacement.
 
It would have been a terrible purchase. They stopped making them over 20 years ago and that one only had 51 hours.....really?
 
10 years ago it was hard to find parts and service. I can't imagine it's got any better. If I was buying a complete new/used unit I'd look for a more serviceable alternative.
 
How much you want for the heat exchanger off it. Parts are getting harder to find.
 
I got a 6.5 for parts if any one interested. Motor runs

Is this still available would like to buy it for parts
 
Just a note to those like me who have one of these. Parts for the engine used to be available at Rockauto I have not bought any in 7 years. I got the heat exchanger rebuilt at a a commercial rad shop. Their comment was it is almost worn out but it is good to go for a few years that was before Covid. The engine does not use oil and the heat exchanger does not leak. No idea on generator parts or service.
