7.4L Horizons - how much oil is needed for a change?

On my way out to the 340 to change the oil before it gets put away for the winter. The manuals are on the boat but I can pick oil and filter up on the way. How much oil do I need per engine and what oil filter do I need? This will save me a trip out to the store.
