2002 340 Sundancer, Lake Powell, here we come.
15 years on our 250 cuddy searay.
Any advice for us. The multiple systems we will learn next weekend
on our first cruise seems very daunting.
I have read the manuals twice, and ready to go for 3.

You appear to be doing your homework. That's the first step.

On our 350 we stock extra parts, bulbs, tools, fuses, etc. These are always good to have on any boat, but especially with multiple systems, engines.

Make a check list. Our dealer gave us a nice laminated startup checklist. It's helpful the first few times out. Take it slow around the dock until you're more comfortable. The dual engines are totally different than a single.

Grab a good bottle of something to celebrate and enjoy the new boat.

Congrats on the new boat.

It should be ok. My first time out (pre trip, just me and a friend) was pretty bad: dead battery, empty drive oil. But after 2 hrs driving around trying to get a replacement battery and oil, things went back to normal. I took her back out with my wife & 2 kids plus 4 other friends, uneventful.

So I guess key things here is just relax and enjoy. Oh, I got insurance the day before the trip :). Just making sure.

Just take it slow, especially when you dock... Twins are easier to handle, but you will need to use your steering wheel less. Enjoy your new boat...
