6.2 mpi won't start, fuel pump not pressurizing

Posting for a friend. He has a 2004 290 ss with 6.2l motors. Starboard engine won't start and fuel pump is not running when ignition switch is pressed. First thought was fuel pump relays so we swapped with port engine and it had no effect. Tested the pump by applying voltage and it seems fine.

Thinking it might be the ignition switch? Thoughts?

Following up. It was the engine control module. $1600. Fixed now.
