Formco in Indiana bought the molds from Searay for the side vent inserts. Ask for Nickie. She sold me mine for @$225. Their number is 800-437-8637

Frank had responded to this on another thread. Might reach out to him with a PM and see what he knows. I wonder if he knows who purchased the mold.

Is yours repairable? Do you have all the pieces?

Well I didn’t see the post above. Ignore my comment. Sorry.

I spoke with Nicki and here was her response to my request....Raeoflight...do you have the sales slip/PO# to your order so I can call her again??

    From Nicki:
We do carry a 1448 and a 1455 but not the number you gave me. Sorry about that.

    Hi Nicki,
Thank you for the prompt response. I believe the part # is Sea Ray Part 1151463, but I am not 110% certain.

Attached is a photo of the vent insert piece I am looking for. The outer frame is fine, the inner is cracked in 3 places due to a silly mistake I made.
I will look forward to hearing from you.

Here is and update after talking with Sea Ray, Formco and Raeoflight.

1448( Prt) and 1455 (STB) are the Formco part numbers. Sea Ray parts are different for different years but the part itself is the same. Formco makes them in the material they have in house at the time. They currently have 11 sets in sand color. They would need to be painted to match hull. They are $131.75 each plus shipping. Nicki can help and can be reached at the number above.

So anyone have any idea on how to paint correctly so they don't fade and best way to get it to match?

Awesome, thanks to all for the follow up! I just placed the order with Nicki. I only need the port, but it may serve me well to have the stbd as a back up. :)

I am going to drop them off with my fiberglass guy and have him shoot them in his spare time this off season. He has the Sea Ray gel coat on file and can match it up perfectly. He has done other work on my boat, so this will be a piece of cake.

Thanks again for the clarity on the part numbers.

Bump and paint guy here. I would prefer to paint em. They will last longer than gelcoat in the sun too.

Its in the midcabin behind the TV. There is an access panel behind the TV or in the cabinet below it.

Put my boat in storage a couple weeks ago....Kept having water trickle out the main line drain...totally baffled!!! There is no water running on the boat, the sump is dry....but when I turn on the water pumps to flow water to ice maker it starts to trickle.

Turns out it is the pressure relief valve on the water heater...been leaking a while from the looks of it. Turned out there was 9 gallons of pretty icky water in the trough below it...very hard to get to!! ( but was able to vacuum it all out).

Anyone know if the Pressure relief valve is a "standard" item? I could find it at my hardware store?

    Thanks

It’s a standard Atwood part. I have a spare but I’m not at the boat for the part number. Not expensive at all.

Thanks...actually picked it up at my local hardware store...exact match. It's all installed and the WH is back in place. Just another thing to put on the checklist to check each year.

Please explain further what you are referring to as "the main drain line".

Thanks, it may help me with a small issue I have noticed.

The main line drain is the single large drain hole at the stern, port side. The main sump in the salon floor which has all the sink and shower drains going into it as well as both salon AC's drain into this sump. There is 1 line exiting that sump which goes behind the fridge to a main pipe that is 3" in diameter. All bilge pumps on the boat discharge into this main line drain also along with the hot water heater pressure relief valve and the washer dryer drain.

Great concept as there aren't a bunch of through hull fittings spitting water out all the time, only 1 at the stern for all of the water in the boat. So when I turned the water pumps on they would cycle every 3-4 minutes and water would start trickling out of the drain at the stern. When we were in our slip we always had the city water connected and the pumps turned off. The AC's were always running and water was coming out so we couldn't discern that it was a leaky valve in the HW heater. Let me tell you...replacing that valve was not fun at all!!! I got it done but it was a PIA!!!

    Thanks Wolf

Thought that might be what you meant but was not sure.

My issue is water ending up in the bilge under the sofa in the rear cabin.

Still trying to find where it comes from

I have experience with that too..:)

Check your water hose inlet where it enters the tank as well as the overflow connection.

Last year I filled my tank until it was overflowing. I then crawled into the salon floor storage compartment and had my phone on a selfie stick that I extended and held over the hoses where they enter the tank. Water was sleeping out the hose clamps. After I tightened those up my problem was solved.

The HW heater drains into it so check the drain valve on it. The main sump drains into it as well. I found that it was possible it could drain out the overflow and end up back there after going on plane if the sump was near full but the float hadn’t activated yet. I inserted a 90 degree plastic elbow into the overflow with it slightly turned up higher. Problem solved.

    Hope that helps.
