460 DA Owners Thread

Hi all!

Has anyone replaced the Galley faucet? I'm thinking of trying out touchless, if I can find one short enough to fit under the microwave cabinet. The issue is that the boat has an aft "Tilt" to it and wet hands turning the faucets handles causes water to drain back on the counter and it's annoying me. At least it's better than the iwater from hands dripping on and into the garbage area on the 340!

We just bought and installed Corinthian aquaweave carpets in our new to us 03 460. They have templates, and it matched ours.

First questions is... do you like it? And, which backing did you go with? The HydroFelt or AquaLoc? And, did you snap it down?

So, you used the 2004 template they provided and it fit? They said a dealer made that template.

We close on the boat tomorrow. So, once we get a change to visit we will confirm the measurements of the template to the original carpet. I notice the template has the piece in front of the rear facing bench separate.
 
Our boat is an 01. We made the template and it’s as close to perfect as can be(I think the pics are back in this thread). I am also a Corinthian dealer. We love it and have hydrofelt and definitely like that over the rubber backing because it doesn’t hold water and mold/mildew.

If I’m totally honest you should make your own template because all boats are different and it will look better but that alone probably takes 2-3 full days of work. If you want to talk about it just pm me your number and I’ll call or text you.
Overall great material 4 years old and we’re happy.

We did the aqua weave as well on our 01. The only difference is we did not cut out for the engine hatch. I roll up the carpet when I need to go down there.
 
That’s not our template. Ours is different in the cockpit.

Finally closed on our new to us 460 last week. But the boat is 2 hours away. Does anyone know what model bow thruster was used on the 2003? I want to purchase a new blade to have on hand when we pull for bottom paint.

Most likely Vetus unless it has ben changed.
You can call Sea Ray customer service with your hull number and they can tell you the part number that you need 321-449-8628

So we have 2 fresh water pumps/switches. Without going around to see what does or doesn’t work with each switch, does anyone already know what each supplies? Or are they in series?

Series. They both supply all water, no matter which is turned on.
