I read some post about this and came to the conclusion that 1) There are a lot of boats out there with no screen door and 2) Getting it out and back in is a real PITA. PO tripped and bent the door. Easiest solution is to just finish it off, remove it and join the no screen door club. Let’s say I did that, has anyone come up with an easy to install solution? Since we can’t open windows, the only ventilation we have is the forward hatch and salon door. The alternative is to get it out and see if a screen door guy can replace the side that bent.

I’m in the same boat. Mine is functional but looks like crap. More work than it’s worth but hoping for a fix.

Looks like the same damage. I can close the screen door, but there is a 3” gap or so. Looks terrible. I keep curtain pulled over enough to hide it. I might try one of those retractable screen deals.
