410 Sundancer/Express Cruiser and 400 Sundancer/Express Cruiser **Official Thread**

EZ, thank you. The picture helps. I realize now, I can stay inside the tabs and still have a good spread.

I think this has been discussed all ready, but I cannot find it anywhere. What have people done with the TV/VCR above the fridge? I removed the set, but am not sure what to do with the space.

Thanks for any advice.

I removed mine also. Every year I say I am going to put a cabinet door there and shelves with holes and use it for storing liquor. Possibly have the shelves pull out.

I was looking for the pages on how to remove the TV. Could one of you go over the process? Is it pretty easy? I believe I'll have to remove the fridge if I remember right. TIA

I removed my TV last weekend. Purchased this boat late last fall so just getting around to replacing the TV's.
Actually pretty simple with no need to remove the refrigerator. The TV is fastened to a mounting board with two screws, one on each side in front. With these screws out the TV was able to slide out along with the mounting board. Just one more thing though.
The black piece with the gold trim has to be removed. I was able to use a flat putty knife to pry upward. It is anchored by plastic christmas tree connectors. I think my boat had five of them. Once this is removed you can pull the TV out. I also initially thought the refrig would have to come out. Every once in a while you get a break and a seemingly tough job become easy!

Thanks TIDALWAVE, that's some good news. Sounds simple enough. Hoping to touch up the bottom paint next weekend. Getting detailed the week of 16th and launch soon after. C'mon warm weather. Thanks again

Just finished the new canvas, cockpit interior, bow cushions and cockpit carpeting. New electronics installed. New dash next.

I'm looking for two wiper arms approximately 26" long, for my boat they are badly rusted. I'm also looking to replace the the rubber strip that covers the screws in the windshield channel. I didn't see it on FP. The channel opening is approximately 1 1/8" wide. Any help is appreciated.

Just replaced both and will send you the info once I get back from NYC. The windshield rubber comes from Taylormade.

They made a plastic frame that the bottom of the cushion zips to and the top slips over it. The back of each section pops up. Can send a pic. Really came out nice.

I would appreciate a picture or two of it. Thanks.

Okay, this I need to see. It's the #1 complaint from the boss; she wants bow loungers. The quicker I figure out how to keep her happy, the longer I get to keep the boat!

Here is the structure of the bow cushions.... heavy sheet plastic, stainless hardware. Zipper secures cushion in channel on bottom, cushion slides onto back of structure into a pocket at top back of cushion, couple snaps on each side/back mid cushion and on top/back.

Looking forward to it. Thank you.

Posted the foam windshield gasket info, lmk if you have other questions. For the wiper arm it is part number MM501125 and the blade is MM501126. They are 26”. The marina sourced them so not sure where he got them but I can ask if that part number doesn’t help.
