410 express pocket door issues

Just purchased a 2001 410 express and the pocket door to the bunks is off the first roller/hanger. I will re-attach it but Even when I lift the door a bit it slides very poorly. Anyone have the same issue or seen this before?

Congrats on the boat. Mine is not off the track but opening and closing is a PITA. I have asked a few times here but no response on how to fix.

My pocket door is also off the track in my 380. I tried for an hour to find a way to access the recesses, and came up with nothing short of taking the walls apart. So I just deal with it....lift and push.

Thanks for the responses guys. I wish there was an easy solution. I'll go at it and if I find a solution I'll let you know.
