I have a 99 400db. I am seeing some minor water intrusion from the windshield. I am not positive, but it looks to be from the lower starboard side of the windshield. Has anyone experienced this problem and what was the fix?
Thank you

This type of water issue is synonymous with this vintage Sea Ray. Do you notice any spongy areas on your deck? Near the windshield but also further forward, near the hatches and/or windlass?

I had the same (leaks) on my 400DB windshield. You can only repair it from the outside. I pulled off all the old shrunken trim. Resealed the glass edge with a black window sealant. Some places I dug out the old brittle caulk but mostly went over top. I did all the glass since gravity makes it hard to tell where the leak originates. Then I bought 55 feet of new trim from Taylor Made and installed it. I used the same black sealant to stick together the corners. There is a thread discussing this and it's also discussed somewhere in the "40 Sedan Bridge Forum" thread. By the way the trim isn't designed to be the actual seal. It's supposed to be a cosmetic cover of the caulk/sealant.
