Ok, I give up. Taylor Made gave me all the part numbers but will not sell me anything for my Sea Ray Under any circumstances. Brunswick Boat Group will not sell me any parts because they do not sell parts. The three Marine Max idiot bins I visited will not discuss parts for any Sea Ray older than three years. Can anyone here tell me where I can buy these parts - and please, not a Sea Ray dealer - I have tried.

I like the boat but I am getting pretty disgusted with anything to do with dealing with them.

You have to go through a Sea Ray dealer. Try calling Prince William Marine in Woodbridge, VA. Ask for parts department and tell them what you want to buy. I called them and did the exact same thing and got the part no problem.

You don't say where you are from. You can order parts from Hyannis Marina 508-790-4000. They have been very helpful with parts for my 20 year old SeaRay.

I have the direct line to Taylormade and order all my parts through them and I'm NOT a dealer. Am I just that LUCKY??
I bought direct from Taylor too. I started te conversation with "I need 55' of part xyz"......nothing to do with a make or model boat.

What are you looking for? The helm, or salon windshield gaskets?

Just tell them its a windshield from a SeaRay installed on another boat. There are tons of them out there...

Great - Marine Max will sell me the parts but they gouge big time (almost $1000 for the whole kit) and can not guarantee delivery times. Taylormade will not sell Sea Ray parts to Sea Ray owners. Prince William Marine (thanks ZZ13) had reasonable prices ($500 or so) but they are so paranoid about credit card orders that it is not possible to deal with them. I guess I will have to lie, cheat and steal (not tell Taylormade that I have a Sea Ray) to get the parts. Getting parts specific to this barge has left me with a pretty bad taste in my mouth over time. After 5 years it is getting on time to look at upgrading but I don't think I will consider a company that stops supporting its product after three years - Sea Ray.

Hi. So sorry you've been going through this hassle. Not sure if you got this taken care of already but we would love the opportunity to assist you with this. Please send us a photo of the window seal you're looking for to ocean@oceandynamics.com. Please mention this message. We look forward to helping you! :)

Ocean Dynamics specializes in manufacturing, repairing and or refurbishing marine windows, windshields, curved/ bent glass, doors and acrylic work; as well as selling marine vinyl gaskets and accessories. We also provide digitizing, removal & installation services.

Again, you are responding to a post that is approaching 2 years old. I think a better option for you is to post your own thread introducing your company & explaining what services you offer!

I agree that it can't hurt to ask but, if you start a thread introducing your company & explaining what you offer with the website link I think it will be more beneficial to you & the members here. If someone ends up searching for a windshield issue but, not the model quoted in these titles, they may not even open the thread. Just a thought.
