I found this thread which was helpful in sourcing the mounts.

The mounts for the '97 400 DA with 3116 Diesel Caterpillars are made by Bushings Inc.
A newer 400 DA might have 1" bolts but my boat has 3/4" so be careful which one you have before ordering unless you want to replace the full flange bolted to the engines.
The Caterpillar part number 2N-4310 cross references with Bushings Inc. DF-238-M1
My boat has DF-478-M3 which are similar to the DF-238-M1 in size.
