2003 280DA one engine overheating at low rpms after launching. High rpms everything runs fine. Both outdrives had impellers changed over winter. Changed thermostat and nothing changed.
Finally took it to marine mechanic. Turned out that when I installed one of the impellers the fins were not lined up and that caused the low rmp overheat.
I hope this helps another do it yourselfer.
