My info, published by Sea Ray says 14.1 gph @ 3000 rpm and 32.0 gph @ 4800 rpm. That's per engine, of course. Props are 24x22 4 blade, with a 2.8:1 drive ratio.
It can't be too different from a 340. Just to get you some info until 370 owners chime in, I'm thinking you will burn around 17.5 X 2 at a slow cruise (on plane). Maybe about 35 gph at 22 to 25 mph. I would guess that you would get about .7 mpg on a calm day with moderate loading and a clean bottom.
