36 Sedan Bridge Owners

They were on the boat when I bought it but the wiring did not look factory. looks like 14 gauge red/black in a white casing to each light. They were wired in pairs and run to a 4 pin bus then to a module on the transom. I will get the module number for you later today and some pics.

Anyone know where this cushion goes? It came with our 2008 36DB.

Here is a photo of the terminal block the wiring to the underwater lights is connected to (in pairs). The power (bottom row) is connected to the N12 Module. I purchased a new 4 rocker switch from Nauti-tech in Fla a month ago for $650. I replaced the transom switch but I believe it is identical to the one at the top of the stairs. Not cheep but beautifully made and plug and play with 2 wires. (a lot better than 1300) The gentleman who helped me. Nice job on the install.

Thanks for the pic! Very nice and clean wiring job. I am contacting Sea Ray to find out how to get the underwater light outputs on my module 12 working. That module also controls my engine sync, generator crank relay and generator shutdown relay, all which function properly. So I am thinking the module may be okay but it may have been programed during production not to allow function of the underwater light outputs because they weren't a chosen factory option. I'll let you know. Hopefully you'll never have to deal with this problem.

Thank you for the reply! I don't recall seeing a short leg but I will check for it next weekend!

I emailed NautiMart support and they told me to pull up the SETUP page on the 350LCD screen above the salon tv by holding down the white tab at the top of any page for 15 seconds. The SETUP page comes up and the HULL soft touch button must be turned on (green) for the rocker switches to work. BTW turning off the HULL button on the SETUP page can prevent accidentally leaving the HULL lights on which seems like a

common problem for a number of people on this site.

Come on, anybody with factory under water lights??
I do not have factory lights but I installed two Lumitec SeaBlaze X2 lights and wired them to the wires designated for the factory lights and they work great!

Hello
i bought a nice clean '07 36 Sedan Bridge model and trying to make it better for the season.

was reading the helpful thread regarding touch pad above and want to share some issues im having.

the touchpad seems to not function properly or i may have a short somewhere.

one of the modules, in front of starboard motor, mounted on the firewall does not light up. no lights comparing to all other modules that have flashing green lights.

please see attached photos...

any idea where I can find one?
is there a company that repairs these?

second Q is it possible that my touch screen itself is defective?

how would i know that?

please advise.

thank you

I am having an issue with my e-plex clock in the galley and the touchpad in the head on my 36 sedan bridge. Both panels make a faint humming sound when on. All systems are working. No error messages. Nautimart ran the clock on the test bench and it checked out. Seems like a bad ground or corrupted power??? I cleaned and reconnected all the connections on the ground bus bar but no help. the hum persists even with the port and starboard main breaker and all other breakers shut off. There is also a humming in my bridge speakers even with the stereo and amps disconnected. Any advice or suggestions appreciated.

Is there noise present with both shore power lines disconnected?

Yes the boat is on the hard so only battery power, no shore power connections.

hello
i purchased the newer module for my 07 360 and still same issue :(

initially the module "individual systems module" 425DRM which is located above batteries was out and had no power going out ( only had incoming power ).

apparently module was replaced with newer plug / play $700+ part "826QRM" module sold by NautiMart in Fl.

i followed the steps to program module through settings and no luck.

disconnected all power and reset entire boat to reboot still nothing.

- upstairs at the helm, the push button "bridge" stays ON with illumination and cannot turn off.
- boat has no lights ( anywhere )
- no stereo system power.

the only items currently working are 110V, microwave, fridge, engines both turn, and bilge pumps are active.

any advise which other module can possibly be at fault or where to begin troubleshooting?

im in southern CA and want to find a good mechanic also.

please help

thank you ...!

those cushions are for cockpit , upstairs table top, to turn it into laying out bench.
mine is missing that. would you like to sell that part?
I found the short table pole, and now that we know what the cushion is for, we'll keep it!

You sound pretty versed with the Eplex system but just a few tips that may help:

1. Are your batteries Good? I have had problems with my Eplex system with low battery charge.
2. Are your Battery switches on and working?
3. If a light is on, and both Port and Starboard Battery Bank switches are turned off, the light will remain on until you turn on the battery bank switches and then turn off the light.
4. Have you tried to manually turn on the output of your new module (or the older replaced module) by stopping the streaming of the system and then pushing the small white switch on the module (the old module has a small white switch, not sure about the new one). If the module is controlling a 12 volt device, your batteries and battery switches must be on and functioning for this test to work.
5. If your touch screen above the salon tv is not working well, use the master touch screen in the galley.
Hope this helps!

Tom
