36 Sedan Bridge Owners

Hey John-John, Do you remember the power up sequence for the old ray marine e-120 and ray marine auto pilot? On the main eplex screen above TV do I have to select bridge switch? I can't seem to power it up with just the bridge accessory switch, I'm used to the newer garmin products. Thanks in advance, and remember this bridge was torn down for transport

I did not have a auto pilot on this boat, sorry

No worries, but what powered the Raymarine E120?? Was the EPLEX screen above TV involved with it?

Anyone have part #'s for LED light bulbs in the cabin of the 36DB? I changed all to LED in my 280DA because those factory bulbs put out heat like crazy and we don't do heat in the Sunshine State!! ;)

Help! Just purchased a 2008 360 DB.
1. Is there a way to remove the dimmer feature for the external lights controlled by the two sets of rocker switches that turn on the hull, cockpit, overhead (on radar arch), "entry" or "bridge" lights? The dimming feature is not compatible with my multicolored LED replacement bulbs.
2. How to remove the black tv cabinet in the aft cabin so I can replace the tv and DVD player. I removed the eight screws and it wouldn't budge, and I can't find an access panel to get to the back of the cabinet.
3. Supposedly my boat has a central vac, but I don't see a switch or any controls or canister. It came with a vac hose, and there is an outlet attachment for the hose in the aft cabin.
4. My boat did not come with Autopilot, but it has the Autopilot rocker switch at the helm. If I have Autopilot installed, can it be powered on using that rocker switch and its corresponding module? Or does the module have to be programmed to power up when the rocker switch is pressed?

Thanks in advance for your help!

As far as question #3, Mine turns on when I plug in the hose (Metal ring around the end of the hose.) Give that a try.

Tom, I will look at mine this weekend if I can muster the energy to go see her.

Thank you very much for your help. By the way cool boat

Sorry for delay in responding - For some reason I haven't been receiving notifications on this string. Did you see my post from 9/11/2018 on this string where I listed all the LED's? I fully converted last year.

Okay, so my plan was to put in a magnum inverter but I'm having a really hard time finding a marine electrician that wants to do this with an Eplex in the boat. I get it, I don't want a mess either, but has anyone successfully integrated an inverter into their 36?

All
I have sold my 390 MY and have now been looking at Sedan Bridge boats, both Sea Rays and Meridians. I have a 44 Sedan Bridge on the radar but have been considering the smaller 36/390 Sedan Bridge just for less upkeep and cost. Would be interested in everyone's thoughts on both boats and the relative cost of ownership.
Thank you,
Rob
