350 mpi won't start hot

Thank you. Where would I find the details for where to add a secondary pump? I've read a number of threads where this helped in a similar situation. The boat has fuel line wrapped up into fuel filter on the wall in front of motor, that feeds into a valve or solenoid (Parker 3 psi), and then to the fuel pump.
Can you post some pictures of that setup?

It's a little complicated but nothing someone can't handle. The pump gets mounted inline with your current fuel pump. You'll basically use two fuel pumps to run the boat. I'd probably recommend using the factory hot wire to your existing fuel pump and using that as the trigger wire on a new relay for your new pump. That way the new pump is controlled by the ecu. You'll get the 5 sec prime and it will have the safety feature built into it to shut off the pump when you lose oil pressure. I would not recommend just putting it on a switch because IF something were to go catastrophically wrong (think fire), you don't want that fuel pump to keep running and pouring fuel on the fire.
