Since I bought the boat 6 years ago, I've never had the need to use the mid-stateroom. Now we are planning to have another couple sleep over for an event later in the season. I can't figure out how to put this thing together. All I've got is a mess of random size cushions. Are there pics as to how it's done?

No pictures, however within all those random cushions there are two or three cushions that are the same size that fill in the center after you pull the middle seat cushion towards the V birth. Kind of like a jigsaw puzzle. It took me a minute to figure out. Then I went and purchased a queen memory foam and cut it to fit the space. My wife then purchased a Queen bed set, sheets, comforter, pillow cases, pillows etc. to finish it off. We now just leave it as a queen mid birth, because we never used the seating area anyway. It serves as a better place to store stuff on the queen bed now than ever before. The other plus is that you’re fill in cushions for the cockpit sunpad/ bed store nicely on the floor underneath your new queen bed.

I do have to do some repair work. There is a cushion with a piano hinge attached to a piece of plywood that has the screws pulled out. Need to fix that. Also, on the same cushion, there is a plywood "ledge" on both sides. One side has broken off. Is that the cushion you pull forward? What follows? Where should the flat piece sit when it's folded?
Thanks for your patience.

That is the cushion you pull forward towards the V birth yes. Then there are two, maybe three cushions from the back and side walls that will be the same size that you fill in the center with.

Grab the aft seat and pull it towards the vac cabinet..Use the rear cushions and fill in the puzzle.

There are 4 short fillers and 3 Long fillers. You pull the center section of the Back bench forward. (Handle on underside) as you do so the wood support wil follow and fall from the backrest of that seat into a center support. Use the 3 Long fillers to complete the bed, remove the 4 short fillers to give extra foot/arm room.

This all being said is how the aft cabin works... the mid cabin would be the table part in Gally that part on mine pulls out as well, there is a center support that looks like a shelf turned sideways that slides in a track, and then you use the odd shaped filler cussion and it hold on with the Velcro on the bottom of cussion and top of sliding support.

OK, I understand this. My issue now is I think the piano hinge is on backwards as it doesn't drop down. Can you post a picture of that sliding cushion from the underside? I hate to be a PITA, but I need to get this right. Thanks!

I head to boat Friday. So I can take a pic then. Or you can message me and I can’t text you some pics as well

OK, I think I've got this figured out. When you said the flat panel drops down, I thought you meant UNDER the pull out. Now I see that it folds up against the back, and drops down flat as you pull out the cushion. Am I correct?

Yes and the flat part being down there is the support bridge for the cussion

sorry I slacked on pics. I was even on the boat for 6 days strait, and forgot, and never checked the forum....
