Hello my name is Greg and I just purchased a 1985 340 sedan bridge and I need a starboard side muffler, it has crusaders and this particular muffler has 2 hoses on the side and they look like around 4" and a hose out the top and that looks like a 6". The previous owner must have cracked one the inlets on the muffler and tried to use jb weld to fix it. I want to replace it does anyone know where I can get one and if it has a part number?

Thanks
Greg

Crusader was bought by Pleasurecraft Engine Group in 1998. I would guess a call to them would put you on the right path. If you have your engine serial number, they may carry the part, or provide you with the part number you're looking for and where to source it.

Centek probably made the exhaust muffler.

If jb weld is working id leave it. Is it leaking?

Thank you very much. I will try them because I have struck out with everyone else to include sea ray, they cant even give me the part number.

When I had the boat surveyed they suggest I replace it but haven't had much luck finding it or the part number.

Thank you all whos answered my post. After a lot of research, emails and web searches it finally paid off. Sea Ray didn't have any information this far back and no one else had any either. Now here is the interesting part, the part number for this part is Centek 1600534 and they list it for $831 I believe and intermarine was the other place that had and they wanted $839, I found it on a website called TOAD Marine supply and their price is $521 plus $20 shipping. anyway the bottom line is I found it and finally ordered it.

Thanks again for all your help.

Greg
