340 DA one engine alarms at idle speed

I have a 2008 340 Sundancer and the port engine (8.1 inboard) at idle speed goes into alarm and safe mode about 3 minutes after started. Engine is not up to temp yet. The readout states system fault but nothing specific.
Could this be a water flow sensor failure or maybe an impeller?

Water sensors go bad often. Try cleaning the contacts first with some electrical spray. Those sensors are like $120. How does the water flow look out of your side exhaust, compare both at idle.

Water flow out of the exhaust is similar to the other engine which looks ok.
I will check the sensor once I figure out where it is.

I had a similar issue and mine was the sensor came loose. Good luck.
