330 Dash Replacement - Rocker Switch Actuator Removal Tool? Required?

In the process of replacing the dash panels on my 33 Dancer (the Gauge portion is complete!), On to the bottom half... wanted to know if the Rocker Switch Actuator Removal Tool is required.

Anyone advise?

No, the switch pops out from the top of the panel. The tool is handy if you are removing a bunch of actuators, but not needed for replacing the panel.
