320 Sun Dancer - Side Exhaust Outlet Flapper Valve

I have a 2007 Sea Ray 320 and recently noticed that the port side exhaust outlet Flapper Valve is missing(see picture). It appears that this is a sub-assembly that inserts into the exhaust pipe and twists into a lock position? (at least this is what it looks like when looking at the starboard side exhaust). I have looked through tons of documentation and can not find anything that shows this detail or reference to the part. Does anyone know about this this or can direct me to where I could get one? Seems to be a come problem...called my local Sea Ray dealer and gave them my make and told them what I needed and they had them in stock. Mine was Sea Ray Part Number was 1831304. Order two (found out my other one was loose) for about $22 each...black rubber round housing with a SS flap. Talked to a mechanic there and he told me to use 3M #08001 Super Weatherstrip Adhesive Yellow to hold them in place.
