My 2008 310 raw water cooled (port side) engines has overheating problem. It started overheating only when operated at high RPM. I replaced the thermosat last week but now the temp starts to slowly climb up even I put the engine idle. The computer shows the water pressure normal (1.3 PSI). I am new to SR 310, can anyone advise what could be the most likely problem how to fix it?

try replacing the impeller first, then clogged heat exchanger, then maybe clogged elbows(risers)

Agree, when was the last time the impellers were changed and the system was backwashed? Then I would be looking into the last time the manifolds and risers were changed out. Good luck.

Thanks for advice. I am going to check step by step from intake to outflow this weekend. I do need some good luck.
