I just bought a 2012 370 Sundancer
when I plug both my 30 AMP cords in, the only way I get cabin lights, stereo, TV and fans is by turning on my Port battery switch. Is this normal?

Welcome to CSR!

The cabin lights and stereo are on a 12v circuit so that seems normal to me. The TV should be on the 120v circuit unless you have a dual voltage TV. My question would be, do you have the 120v breakers turned on? Is there power to the breaker panel? Are the breakers turned on at the pedestal?

Make sure the breaker labeled "Outlets" is on as well. That should power anything like fans or TV's that are plugged into an outlet on the boat.

Welcome Phil, like Kevin said you have 2 systems on board. 12v and 120v ( I have 240v also) While running the gen or plugged into shore power you'll have both systems. With no gen. or shore power unless you have an inverter you'll have only 12v coming from your house batteries. When 1st bought my 30' Weekender it had the 12v & 120v systems just like my RV I had at the time so it was very easy for me to understand what did what. You'll be pro in no time... Congrat's !! Turn on both batteries and turn off or disconnect the shore power. Turn the lights, tv, fans, etc on and see if they work without the ac power. If they work, they are running on the batteries and not the shore power. It is possible the tv has been converted to dc power.

Check the Sea Ray website or contact their customer service. They may be able to give you some manuals in PDFs format that will lay out what is 12 volt and what is 110.

You may also have a “converter” switch for 120 to 12v appliances.

What Sea Ray usually labels as AC converter is mostblimost the charger. It does not provide the DC to the panel as much as it provides DC to charge the batteries.
