Long story short... I mentioned several weeks ago to my "Admiral" that I'd like to have a new steering wheel for our boat...

Fast forward to Fathers Day... Admiral and daughter got me a nice steering wheel for the boat!!!

Now I just don't know if it's going to fit and boat is at the storage...

It states it will fit "All 3/4" tapered steering shafts (with keyway)"

Haven't even remotely thought about taking the wheel off until now, so, I don't know what's beneath the current steering wheel...

Any help is greatly appreciated!!!

It should be a standard 3/4" taper. The center of the steering wheel should just pop off or is held with Velcro in place... Not sure your style. Beneath that center cover is a nut on the end of the shaft. Remove the nut and steering wheel will pull straight off
