It does suck. To date, I have had 4 knee surgeries, 2 shoulder surgeries, 2 procedures for kidney stones (now THOSE were fun....), and a few others I don't care to mention. My distance vision has been lousy since I was 14, and now I am starting to have trouble up close too. But Frank's right - it still beats the other option.

NANSEA and her crew are in... If the boat is still floating... We have been away from home since Christmas, and my bubbler is not in the water... I hope the boat is ok...

Hey Rod, I think she'll be floating when you get back! The Ponds around here were Frozen for about 2 day's, your in Brackish so you should be alright.

BTW, I'm in Freehold NJ, the next town is Marlboro. I distinctly heard the rustling of a Cyrillic Key-board starting a Spreadsheet for a get-together in the "Island of LOOONG!!!

Rod, why would you bother with bubblers this early in the Winter? It can never be cold enough for ice, right????????? How was the skiing?

Was at Green Cove today. Whole marina frozen. They don' have any bubblers going either. But the water is pretty shallow in there. I'm sure Rod has been in contact with his neighbors and Nansea is fine.

We've had to run the bubblers since early december here in CT.

You don't get squat.
But, Ron and I each get a free slip for the weekend, High Roller status at the casino, and some nekkid dancin' girls. Since he is married, I get his share of nekkid dancin' girls...
