290EX Sunsport Batteries Question

Please excuse my ignorance. I'm new to this and need some support. I have a 2006 Sunsport EX Select SS with 350 MPI/Mag's. Im interested in replacing the batteries with AGM's. The question is; which battery does what? They all are the same (27)'s cranking. Two on the port side the third on the other. Second, should I go to a 31 Series? Three, can the factory charger handle the upgrade.

ps- I have A/C,Hot Water Htr, 2 Refr's and a killer Clarion, Garmin 4208, Sounder, and Radar. We live in So. Florida and the boat gets used.

I just put in two. 1 starter and 1 deep cycle.

Should I consider a 4th? And how do I determine looking down on them which is which if I did break them? Should I move to the 31's and will the chrger handle the conversion?

I don't have the technical expertise to advise you there. There is at the top of that web page a inverter page that might shed some light on your questions. My application was pretty simple. Two batteries, 1 switch. :thumbsup:

FYI-Just spoke to Tom(service superv)Marinemax. He informed me that the install of the 3 AGM(Optima) type 31's is easy and the charger will support them. The middle battery is most likely the house.
