280 DA Horn not working

Has anyone had their horn click when they push the touchpad but only make a click sound? When I push the horn button I can hear the relay click and the horm makes a a sound for a split second then nothing. If I push the horn button several times I get the same thing - split second sounds of the horn. I can't figure it out I have disconnected the horn, removed the touch panel, disconnected the batt. and still the same thing. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Couple simple things to start with:

Jump 12v right to the horn - a portable battery pack would work fine.

Jump 12v on the switch.
