Having problem starting engine.
Batteries fully charged overnight to confirm.
Turning key will not initiate self test, engine will crank without problem but not start.
Fuse? If so I am not sure of the location to check.
All the best

Is the kill switch in the down position? It's the little red lever below the throttle handle. Flip it up. I don't know if activating the kill switch deactivates the self test, though.

Hi - have checked that an also the neutral poistion - appears no power to the instrument cluster.
Fuses behind panel all check OK

Check for a specific breaker in the bilge. I'm not sure where it's located in your bilge, but it is a black, square piece. About 2" or 3" square. It'll have a little red button and a yellow arm that swings out when tripped. If the yellow arm is out, push it back in.

No could not find this breaker - do yo have an image?
I have checked the three breakers in one clip on top of the exhaust risers and they are all OK.
