270 amberjack owners

I have the same year, make, eng as yours. I bought it from a dealer thru an auction which the prev owner harvested a lot off the boat. A year later at 720hrs the engine was pulled to reseal the whole transom, new fresh & salt water pumps installed. It's in good running condition, i love the layout, I'm a big guy so there is room to move around. Ran a weekend trip, 73 miles, burned 54 gal of fuel ( 1.35 mpg) I tried to hold the gph @-10. Earlier, reading thru the forum there was issues with deck to hull sealing, I looked and sure enought I had a 1/4 to 5/8 gap bow to stern, Searay wouldn't fix it under warrantee because i wasn't the orig owner. I scraped out the old sealer, resunk screws in between the factory screws. 2 day job at my pace and we were good to go. just installed a Furuno GPS to go with the Ray C70 in dash.
Hope yours is running good...
