Hi all, where does everyone get parts for their sea rays? Just bought a 2002 Sundancer 260 and need to find a replacement faucet for the aft sink. The one the boat came with is busted and not fixable. I have looked around at some Sea Ray parts websites, but unable to find anything useful.

Cheers,
Jeff

Do yourself a favor and just replace it with a regular faucet - preferably one that has a high arc to it. There's no need for a sprayer there and it's just a pain to use... along with the water spray usually splashes right out of the sink. There are plenty of Sea Ray's that use a higher arc, 'normal' faucet - look around at other Sea Ray's and their parts manuals - although Skandvik is one of the companies that Sea Ray has often used - and they are high quality faucets. You could also see what you can find at a local box store - sometimes you get lucky. You may have to figure out an adapter for the water connection, but that's pretty easy to do.

@Little Ducky @bbwhitejr @Lazy Daze thank you all for the info, links and advice. I have seen some videos and photos of the aft faucet replaced with a static arc faucet and personally like that alternative. Heading to the boat tomorrow to get some measurements and see what the wife thinks.

Cheers

I bought a faucet for the galley at Lowes. It fit perfectly and the water lines screwed right on, although being up and behind the sink, and me with a bad shoulder there was considerable bad language in the process. I need a whole new drain too and got that at Lowe's and

Thank you all for the responses. We were on the boat today and are thinking of replacing the faucet with a like model. While a static arching style is intriguing, were afraid it may get in the way so the lower profile faucet is intriguing for that regard. Hoping I can find that same type somewhere, I will look around a bit tomorrow from the info provided in this thread.

Obviously, this is an opinion-based thing - whether or not it will get in the way, that is. But I did this exact swap and never found it to be an issue. Thinking back, though, I believe I purchased a high-arc model that folds down - and I believe that was just in case the faucet would have been rubbing on the cover. I can't remember if it would have actually rubbed, or not.

You do know that you can't, realistically, wash your hands by yourself with your existing style? And you will most likely wet your pants every time you use the faucet. You've been warned... twice... ;)

@Lazy Daze Hahaha, that is such a solid point about washing your hands. Hmmm, i'll have to explain that logic to the wife and i'm sure she'd agree. Maybe i can find a smaller arc so it doesn't get in the way of anything. Thanks!
