240 Sun Deck Bow filler cushions

Looking for bow filler cushions for 2000 240 Sun Deck. Bought used, would really like these. Sea Ray parts discontinued this part. Someone help, please.:smt100

That was a good one Wes.:smt021 Must have something to do with the older design. On my 2006 the filler cushion works great and locks into place when you put it together.

I almost bought a 2003 240SD from B&E Marine in Michigan City this spring. They ordered the bow cushions and fillers from Sea Ray but I did not end up getting the boat. It was a brokered boat so they put the set into their parts inventory. Not sure if the color works but you may want to try them.

I do have some filler cushions in my over stock inventory, however, not for your specific boat. However, I could take pics of them for you. They may work, or be usable with minor modifications.

The 2000 model should be no different then a 2008 model as far as shape and fit goes which means you can pick up any model year's cushions and they should fit. The cushion for your boat was probably discontinued because the vinyl used on the 2000 models is no longer available. But you could just get cushions from a later model and then have a leather/vinyl repair place (like Dr. Vinyl) spray them to match your exisitng vinyl. I would think the cost to color match that cushion would be under a $100. Also don't forget you need the support boards that fit under the cushion as well.
