220 Signature Bowrider Question...

Finally able to get my boat out for an extended run, was highly pleased with it overall. I clocked it at 49 mph on the GPS at WOT. But i had a couple of sluggish moments when i would try to go to WOT right off the bat. Any suggestions?

Yep, make sure that the engine is fully warmed up and then advance the throttle a little more slowly.

I let the engine warm up and tried easing into it but still had the issue, so i popped the engine cover and discovered a ticking noise. Turns out i had a bad coil, arcing from the positve to the center of the coil. Replaced it and found i ahd a plug wire off. Both have been remedied and she runs great now.
