220 SD Speedo not working

I assumed that there was a tube going from the B3 to the dash to move the speedo.
When i took the dash off I found 2 wiring harnesses. One came from the center gages (trim, oil pressure, etc) the other unplugged.
I didnt see a place to plug it in, any ideas where to start to find the problem?

Normally you just need to clean the pitot tube on the outdrive.
