This is the joint between starboard stringer and bulkhead under swim platform where the starboard engine is mounted.

No water present in the cavity that houses the motor mountings ... only evident in the discolored area at the joint below those cavities on both sides of the stringer but more evident on the starboard side of the starboard stringer. Visible flow when boat is in the water, causing bilge pump to cycle about every 5 minutes for ~20 seconds. No visible cracks on hull, no impacts I'm aware of and I'm sole operator of boat except for trips back for maintenance to dealer. Through the hull fittings 'look' ok including motor mounts.

Any ideas on source / approach to fix etc? Boat under warranty so dealer / SeaRay will have to handle but wanting to understand how serious an issue this is.

This is the opposite view of the stringer above - to the port. Will try to add additional images.

Is this in the storage trunk under the built in shelves and storage?

In this picture, you see 3 compartments aft of the stern storage area (on the I/O version of the boat, this is the engine compartment). The leak is shown on the stringer that separates the compartment on the left from the larger, center one. The stringer extends back from these openings and is at the joint to the structure that the motors are mounted to.

I believe the area where the water is surfacing is on the inside of this approximate point on the hull

Sea Ray likely understands what caused this. I'd hope to see them go after it by removing the engine and opening up that hull in that area, drying it out and reglassing the stringer and bulk head where there is evidence of leakage. Looks like something happened either during the manufacturing process or perhaps the boat was dropped and not properly repaired before you owned the boat.

Just curious if you ever tracked this down? I have the same model year and would love to know any issues others are having.

Apparently the underwater light was not sealed completely. The factory drilled hole is very close to the size of the fixture and has to be carefully closed up. Water travelled through the structure until it found a way out.
