2016 Sea Ray 230 SLX

Good afternoon
I am currently looking at purchasing a 2016 Sea Ray 230 SLX with a 350 mag, captions call, tower etc. It has 240 hours and looks to be in Excellent shape. The boat is about 1500 miles away from where I live and would like to get some insight on what to look for directly relating to this model. I plan on doing a video call with the sales person before I plan on driving out to see it in person. Any information would be great. Thank you

If you're asking about common or hidden problems... there's really none to speak of, at all. It's a good, solid platform. Merc was using their own engines by 2015, so you must have one of the last boats produced where the 350MAG was still an option (in other words, there were still a few 350MAG's "sitting on a shelf") - so probably was a very early production 2016 model. Alpha or BravoIII drive? Both are good - the B3 provides better hold shot, maneuverability and mid-range - but that boat does fine with an Alpha, as well. It's just the B3 is "better".
