I went 4-0 last weekend which means I'm guaranteed to go 2-2 or worse this weekend. I'm taking Denver, Green Bay, Seattle, & New England.

I have Denver and New England winning in the AFC but NE may not cover the points.

I have Green Bay and Seattle winning in the NFC but the Atlanta/Seattle game will be close and may hinge on how well Clemons replacement fills in. It is a big loss to a defense that could shut down the Atlanta offense when healthy. I see a resurgent GB on both sides of the ball as they have gotten back several injured players, they are better than when they opened the season with Cobb's emergence and Jennings healthy. So give me those points.

Points or no points I'm taking Denver, GB, Atlanta and the Patriots. I feel like GB and the Patriots have hit their stride at the right time and will be in the SB. Denver has had a great year but still think they are vulnerable.

atlanta all the way to the SB, playing and beating AGAIN the broncos. all the others will either lose this week or next.

to follow up, seattle had a hard time with washington - another team the falcons beat quite easily.

I agree the hard one is the Atlanta game.

Seattle took two punches in the Mouth at the Washington game. We had our ass handed to us with their offensive line for the first quarter. We then made quick adjustments and began to wear them out. Our defense is amazing in my biased opinion, but I told my Brother this summer that our defense may take us to the promised land if the offense can catch up. They have and I'm hoping we can pressue Ryan like I think we can. Losing Clemmons is a huge loss, but it will mean Bruce Irvin will see more oportunities and he is fast. Ryan is not as mobile as we've seen in awhile. I'm hoping for good things.
Seattle 31, Atlanta 20

Green Bay V. SF hopefully will kick the crap out of each other. This one will be a battle too I believe.
Green Bay 27, SF 24

NE Pats V. the Texans may be the sleeper. History says if you give Belichick two + weeks to prepare it's a guaranteed win.
Well Houston has not played that great over the last 4 games and were lucky to survive to get here. I think they may wake up and play well enough to be there at the end. Ultimately though I think the Pats pull it off.
NE 35, Houston 31

Denver V. the Ravens may be the bloodiest of them all.
With Mr. Lewis announcing he is retiring, he'll have the extra umph of support from his teammates to "bring it".
They're going up against the Master though and Peyton will show just why he's still the best on in the NFL.

Broncos 24, Ravens 20

GO HAWKS!!!

Great picture Todd but I sure wouldn't want to sit in those seats to watch the game.

It's the loudest place on Earth. I'd sit there anytime v. in front of my TV. In CenturyLink, there is not a bad seat in the house. I used to do a lot of work there in my old job. A great stadium and even better when full of Hawks fans.

Denver, Green Bay, New England. The jury is out on the Atlanta / Seattle game for me. Hawks are hot at the right time of the year and we've seen this before with a few teams. They get hot going into the playoffs and pull upsets. This game will be a total offense vs defence in my opinion. Atlanta O against the 'Hawk D...

I think the elephant in the stadium will be the week off for Atlanta. Blessing or curse?

That all said, I'll take Atlanta to cover the spread.

I say Denver
but guranteed the team in the last game with the most points(unlike a presidential election) will win.

Colts are out so I will root for Peyton

I think the best game is going to be Seattle vs Atlanta. As we all saw, they had trouble against the Redskins in the first quarter but made adjustments and came back with 24 unanswered points. Clemons' replacement is a question mark, but the rest of the team is in pretty good shape.

We're headed to Seattle tomorrow a.m. and will attend the Seahawk's sendoff ceremonies in Renton. Here's my predictions.....

Seattle 31, Atlanta 28

Green Bay 27, SF 17

NE 38, Houston 24

Ravens 28, Broncos 20

BTW, I am soooo happy that everyone expects Green Bay to win. It could be a really good game that I am nervous about but being a favored underdog (is that possible?) makes it that much better.

Pats beat Texans
Broncos kill Ravens
Seattle wakes up and the Falcons win
49ers and Packers is a toss up but obviously I hope SF wins!

If Justin Smith was healthy, I might feel differently. You saw in the New England game the difference he makes on the defense. Without him they are no where near as dominant.
