Hi there, new to this site but not to Sea Ray ownership. We currently moved from a 2002 300 DA to a 2012 370 DA and are having a few issues getting answers from our local marina, thus is why i sign up here.

1. The aft sun pad is either missing or was never ordered. Does anyone know if this sun pad uses the rather flimsy teak table that comes standard or does it have its own rigid platform that would slide over the short stick that comes with the vessel? I can't see the hinges on that table hold much weight at all. Pictures would be awesome if any owners that have one in their possession would like to share.

2. The salon couch slides down but leaves about a 4" gap between the cushions. Again, is there a standard filler cushion here, or is this something i will need to make?

Any other advice will be appreciated! Thank you in advance.

1. There were likely 2 - 3 boards that fit along the ridge, at about the lowest part of the seat. With the boards in place, the sun pad cushions fit snugly, inside the seating area. The prior owner(s) may have tossed them or, if you're lucky and have a way to make contact, they could be in their basement, collecting dust.

2. It sounds like, in the abscense of pictures, you may have pulled it out too far. It's not likely that a 4" filler cushion is part of the design. My guess is the extension is minimal, just enough for the marketing and engineering teams to agree it's enough to call it a pull out sofa.

Not familiar with your boat, but congratulations on the upgrade and welcome to CSR!

My 360 had an extra table top slid into a slot under the engine hatch. The pedestal table plus the extra top together dropped into a grove between the front and rear bench seats. I had cushions made as they were missing as well.

The couch in the salon has a half moon cushion. We never use it. We try to only invite guests that stay for the day....

Ryne, I purchased the same boat last December and can provide pics of the aft cabin and the aft sun pad installed if you are still looking for answers. You should have 2 poles, one for the table and a shorter one for the sun pad. Our shorter pole is under the "stern" cushion seat. The sun pad itself has a hard plastic board shaped the same size that attaches to the sunpad. You lay it on top of the table with the short pole attached. It will snap under the seat cushions. Regarding the aft cabin, Ziekman, is correct, the pullout doesn't go all of the way to the stairs. Once you pull off the cushions from the lumbar support (velcro) they fit flat. We keep a a rolled up mattress pad under the steps and lay it across the aft cabin since it's not real comfortable. Hope this helps. We love this boat and have learned a lot about how it works but learn something new every weekend.
