2009 310 DA leaking waste tank

Just pulled the boat and found waste water and stench in my bilge when the marina pulled the drain plug. It was fine two days ago when I winterized the waste and water systems. Go figure.
Vacuum side is good and there are no leaks on top including vent, waste in and pump out connections. I am going down tomorrow to clean the bilge and sanitize. The boat has v-drives and no generator. Can anyone give me any advice on puling this tank.

I just did this in the spring in my 330 and I'd rather tell all my life secrets then ever mess with that again..I ended up biting the bullet and cutting mine in sections to get the original hold out and down sized by I believe gallons to just from an new one in..if you are storing outside middle-of-the-road winter might be a good time if ya let whatever is still in the bottom of hold to freeze..God speed on this job.. P.S. since I installed the new tank I have not let anybody use my head at all any more lol
