My 2009 270 sundancer gauge (RPM, Speed, Oil preassure) lights wont come on when I turn on the running lights. All of the switches light up. Is there an inline fuse for the gauges? I checked the fuse panes and all fuses are good. Any assistance would be appreciated.

Thanks

Is there a dimmer that may be turned down?

Unfortunately my boat does not have a dimmer knob. When the I turn on the navigation lights the words over the switches light up but the gauges and compass do not. I have not used the boat at night since last summer and they worked then (all on the nav switch). I checked the fuse panel but none were bad. I'm wondering if there is an inline fuse I am missing??

Hopefully the picture uploads. The switches to the right of the steering wheel light up and the black switches also. Its the 3 gauges in the center, fuel guage, and the compass that wont light up.

I don't know about an inline fuse, but it could certainly be a common connection to all 3 gauges. Take the center piece out with the gauges... you might get lucky and find a loose connection.

Problem with the gauge lights was the smartcraft. Somehow the lights were all the way down. Not sure how I found it but I got lucky!

A dimmer... imagine that!

Glad you found it!
