I have a slip mate that sold his 2006 44DA for $325k a couple months ago.

Thanks for the notes. Certainly didn't expect to be making another boat change this quickly but after I relocated I do believe longer distance cruising is in future plans and at a minimum a sedan bridge would be better suited for this. Hope to find the 44 a great new home soon.

In my opinion the Covid pricing is coming off. I hope you can get close to that but I think its a stretch. Best of luck sir.

I wish that was true, but they're not, they might even be rising still.

Only reason I am open to a price reduction is I have an offer in on a new boat. If it falls though I will hold at original ask over the summer and see how it goes. The boat as its set up will be great for the river

your boat looks great, very clean.

I know two brokers that I trust. Did I really just say that? Both state covid prices are holding and maybe even rising. Bigger boats more so than smaller boats because there's not many on the market.

Note your ad says the fuel type is electric, not diesel.

Covid pricing may survive this summer but I have to wonder what "NATO" pricing might look :)

I'd be a pretty motivated seller right now. Maybe in a couple weeks, if things cool down, I'd have less anxiety about owning two boats in 2022.

The boats looking good Zach! I think the pricing is right on, at least for my area.

I'm going to be installing that FLIR camera I bought from you, when the wrap comes off the boat next week. :)

Good luck!

Steve
