I have finished the 2008 Calendars. I even spelled Calendar right this year...I think

Thank you to everybody that submitted pictures and to everybody that voted to select the final pictures. I think we have a great bunch of pics this year. I am going to order a Calendar tonight, and should have it by late next week. Until I have a chance to actual see this Calendar in print I have to advise you to order at your own risk. The resolution was not as good as I would have liked on a few of the pics. Most likely it will be fine, but I just want everyone to know that i will be confirming they are good next week after I receive one. If you order between now and then and it turns out a photo or two doesn't look good please don't yell at me. The turn-around time for these Calendars seems to be about 2 days until it ships plus a few days transit time, so there will be plenty of time to order prior to Christmas after I have received one to confirm its OK.

If you see any errors let me know right away!!!!

Sure looks good. I'll order mine 1st thing in morning. Thanks again Jim for all your time in supporting the group.

One of those pictures looks vaguely familiar? I just submitted it yesterday and it shows up on the cover today! Jim, you work VERY fast! Great job on the calendar and supporting us die hard Sea Ray fans in general! Thank you!!

Hey Jim,

What picture is on the front/cover? The one with the calm water/mountains or the one with the Charleston Bridge.

How comes there is so many big boats, you got a problem with us small boaters. (Just Kidding) Great job. Thanks again

The one with the mountains is on the cover. I did not even look at boat size so I am not sure if there are more small boats or big boats. i was more concerned about picture quality. Perhaps the folks with bigger boats have better cameras and therefore better pictures :wow:

Looks like both big and small in there great job Jim, but also great job to the guys who captured the pictures and shared them for all of us to enjoy!

I see the MS Judy there representing us 240SD owners!

Great job, I'll order once you give the green light Thanks Jim
Congrats on the Cover SD!

Great job Jim...

I especially love Miss March! Perfect choice of month, as that is when she'll be going back in the water.

The order has been placed. Thanks again for all you do!

Tim

Yes, thanks for arranging the calendar.
Looks great.

I ordered one also, lets see how long it takes this year
Last year it was February..:smt089

Regards Peter

The Calendars look OK, the image quality on a few are a little grainy when you get up close to it, but if its hanging on a wall 5' away it looks great. I had to pull the cool pic of the boat in the fog and replace it with the boat with the dog on the back. The boat in the fog pic was way to grainy. If the owner of that pic wants a calendar with that in it I can mail you mine.

Otherwise it looks great. I remember saying this last year and I'll say it again this year, try to submit your highest quality images.

Jim,

How can we submit our best pictures. I wanted to upload each of the 3000+- X 2000+- picture, but could not. I thought we had to cut them down to max of 640 x 480 or so. Maybe next year we can setup a special area for them or better yet have each one in the 640x480 size to vote on them just have the winning photos emailed to you in the full size.

Cool. I'll get my order in tonight. Thanks again Jim
Note: Double check your shipping when you order to get it in time for Christmas

It is pretty good as it is, but I am replacing pics here and there as they are being sent in. I would have no problem telling you to go ahead and order. None of the pics will change at this point but if anybody else sends in a higher res version of their pic I will certainly update that pic. I am honestly happy with the first one I received but I know some people can be picky so I was just being VERY upfront that a few of the pics were a little grainy. 2 of those are already fixed. There may be 2 grainy ones left, but again they look fine from a few feet away.

WOW! My boat is on the CSR calendar (Jan) Thanks! It looks like a few 300DA's are represented as well. Now...how can I order some of these calendars without my wife noticing that it's not her on the bow? Yep.. I'll be getting coal in my stocking this year. Thanks again Jim for your support of this site. Brian

I just ordered 2. Thanks again Jim
I can't wait to start taking some shots for ':smt03809
